CRAFT Institute Internship Program is a new model designed to bring together one student from an HBCU and one student from an Ivy League institution through an 11-week Broadway Producing Internship in New York City.

The 2025 CRAFT Internship was led by Lucas Katler, a Tony Award–winning producer, across a range of active projects—including the development of a new theater in Brooklyn, with American Psycho: The Musical as its inaugural production. In addition to the practical fieldwork, CRAFT will provide an infrastructure for intentional professional development, including mentorship.
