The CRAFT Immersive Fellowship is our newest program, grounded in experiential learning and mentorship for emerging interdisciplinary artists. Designed to bridge professional training and creative networks, this initiative engages early-career professionals through a Broadway Producing fellowship in New York City while cultivating their own artistic growth and professional vision.​

The 2025 CRAFT Internship (Pilot) was led by Lucas Katler, a Tony Award–winning producer, across a range of active projects—including the development of a new theater in Brooklyn, with American Psycho: The Musical as its inaugural production. In addition to the practical fieldwork, CRAFT will provide an infrastructure for intentional professional development, including mentorship.
