PAY IT FORWARD ALL-CAREER LEVEL MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Fostering relationships across career levels is key to thrivability and professional success. The mentorship and networking wing of the CRAFT Institute, Pay It Forward, is designed to help scholars and artists expand their networks and share knowledge and resources that lead to professional growth and advancement.
1. As a Mentor/Mentee (2-Year Commitment)
Based on your goals, field, and other areas of interests, we’ll match you with a well-suited mentor or mentee. You’re encouraged to do at least one check-in per month via phone, email, and/or the video platform of your choice. But of course, the relationship and how much you want to get out of it is up to you.
2. Through Virtual Events
Pay It Forward hosts regular virtual events aimed at helping participants expand their networks, share knowledge and resources, and to create lasting intergenerational relationships in their fields. Check out the schedule below.

CRAFT is accepting new participants for the Spring 2021 Pay it Forward cohort. If you would like to become a mentor and/or mentee, you can now sign up through our online portal, powered by Create Ensemble. We recommend signing up on laptop and/or desktop, as mobile devices aren't as user friendly.

Fill out the application (it’s short and simple) which includes what you are looking for in a mentor/mentee and your areas of interest as an artist and/or scholar.
Once our admin approves you for participation in the program, you can browse for mentors or mentees and be matched!
